Most garden offices fall under permitted development. We check your plot against the current rules before quoting, and handle full planning if needed.
Can I use it year-round?
Yes — every build is fully insulated with double or triple glazing. Optional underfloor heating and A/C means it's usable in every season.
How is internet handled?
We run a dedicated CAT6a cable from your house router, or install a mesh point. Most offices see full gigabit speeds.
